Every single experience I have had with the team from Paton & Lee has been positive. The level of care they provide is unparalleled. Jonathan & Lily have both been to see a number of my horses when they've been in a bad way & have known exactly how to fix things. Lily is especially caring & always asks after my others when she comes to see one. I received a lovely message from her after losing my elderly mare & it was such a kind, heartfelt gesture. Ali was incredible when my mare had to be PTS, she explained everything so thoroughly & reassured me throughout. It meant so much to have someone so calm & kind there with me at such an awful time & I can't thank her enough for helping me through such a difficult time.
