Please allow a minimum of 2 working days for requests to be processed, we will try to be as efficient as possible. Each medication request must be reviewed & approved by the prescribing vet before it can be dispensed. The prescribing vet may need to perform a physical examination of your equine prior to prescribing any medication according to Royal College of Veterinary Surgeon guidelines. Once your request has been processed, a member of our reception team will contact you to confirm and collect payment.
A maximum of 3 months medication can be approved at any time. For medication requests to be approved the animal must be ‘under veterinary care’. As a guideline, this means that medication requests will be rejected if one of our vets has not examined your horse in the past 6 months.
