Paton and Lee has now been based at Hoo Hall, Rivenhall, for 30 years. During that time the practice has grown and developed beyond all recognition, but it has never lost its traditional values. Today, with 6 vets and 9 other members of staff, life at Hoo Hall is as busy as ever. There are now two vets on call at any time, and the office remains open on Saturdays, providing our clients with the excellent service they expect. We also have a lot more equipment to use: digital X-rays, a number of high-tech ultrasound machines, digital video endoscopy and gastroscopy, shockwave therapy, full anaesthetic monitoring equipment... the list goes on. Importantly though, despite the huge and rapid expansion of Paton and Lee, the practice always manages to maintain a friendly, caring and compassionate service for our clients. The expansion will undoubtedly continue, but Paton and Lee will always strive to maintain its traditional 'family feel'.
